Nature Spawn is a science based, Agri-tech company with the vision to make every home in Africa a daily consumer of the rich mushroom resources currently available in the global market and within the African space. But first, there is an urgent need to serve as a strategic spawn bank and a dispensary centre to provide spawn (mushroom seeds) of different species, preserve them using global best practice. Our targeted markets are the thousands of mushroom growers in Nigeria and beyond, SMEs, cooperate mushroom factories, universities, international agencies, mushroom processor, and biotech research labs. Understanding the biotechnologies of different mushrooms as well as setting up an integrated framework or blue print for the rapid exploitation of this modern cash crop is therefore strategic and timely. Nature Spawn Mushroom Hub has a major role to play if Nigerian mushroom farmers must scale-up production capacities and contribute to food security.

At Nature Spawn we are assembling professionals and well-trained staff that will change the narrative in the quality of deliverables and services we churn to the public. Some of our production team members are PhDs and MSc's who are trained in China, Europe and America on the science, cultivation, research and breeding of different Mushroom species. We are the only mediating mushroom seed company that produces different mushroom spawn. Our goal is to reach out to millions of mushroom consumers and entrepreneurs within the shortest possible time with our high quality strains. Again, Oyster mushroom, milky mushroom and Ganoderma lucidum appears to be the common mushrooms propagated in Nigeria due to climatic factors not suitable to grow other mushrooms at room temperature. Nature Spawn is breaking that jinx by introducing a climate friendly production protocol of other mushroom strains for farmers. Nature Spawn will also be a reference point for accessing all mushroom propagation equipment and accessories.
